    How it works

    1.

    Pick your favourite event

    Browse the events and venues you wish to attend and choose the best concert out there today.

    2.

    Buy tickets

    Register or Log in with GateMe Events, choose which friends you want to bring along and pay with a credit card or via PayPal. Once you’ve got the tickets, stay up to date and review your events in your Purchases section.

    3.

    Enjoy the event

    Remember to bring a valid photo ID with you. Go directly to the guest list manager to “check in” or show your paper ticket. Go in, have fun!

    FAQ – Event Attenders

    I have not received my ticket. Can you send me a new one?

    If you are a registered user, first double check the email you are registered with. To do so, go to “Settings”. To send or print a new copy of the ticket, just go to "My purchases" and click on your purchase. If you are still having trouble with your tickets, just drop us an email at hi@gateme.com with the event name, date and your email.

    Do I need to print out the ticket to get in to the event?

    No, usually bringing a valid ID is fine. However, larger events might need to scan the bar code or check the ticket ID. Just check with the organizer!

    I have bought a ticket to an event but am not able to attend it anymore. How can I change the name on the ticket to give it to my friend?

    To change the name on the ticket, you must change the name of the registered account owner. To do so, go to "Settings" and change the first and last name. You can either print out the updated ticket or send it to your email by clicking on "My purchases".

    What if I have bought two tickets to the same event and want to give it to two separate people?

    Unfortunately, at the moment it is not possible to change the names on tickets separately. If you have bought more than one ticket to an event, your name will show up as “your name +1/2/…” on the list.

    How do I pay?

    We support a variety of international payment methods, including PayPal, American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover Card.

    I have a bad memory. How do I see my recent purchases?

    Just click "my purchases". Alternatively you can swipe over your name with the cursor and choose "My purchases" from the menu.

    I have not received the invoice for my purchase.

    You can download a copy by going to “Settings” and "My purchases" and click on “Download invoice”.

    GateMe is sharing my purchases to my Facebook profile but I don't want to share this information with my friends list.

    You can change this on the "Settings" page by unticking "Share my purchases on Facebook."

    FAQ – Event Organizers

    How can I export a list of event attendees?

    You can download the CSV file by clicking "Guest lists" on the past events page, then choosing "Download CSV".

    How can I change the credit card information?

    You can change all the legal information under the "Company" tab.

    How can I withdraw the money from my account?

    You can check the account's balance on the "Events" page. To withdraw money, go to your company's billing page and send a withdrawal request by choosing "Withdraw funds".

    Is it free to register?

    Yes, it is free to register. You will also have 30 days to try out GateMe for free! A 5% margin for ticket sales applies, though. For monthly subscribers, we are willing to reduce the margin down to 0%! Ask for an offer hi@gateme.com!

    Where can I find the ticket sales quote for the accountant?

    You can find the necessary PDF file from the company settings and "billing".

    How can I add multiple guests to the list?

    It's easy! Just find the mass-editor from the lists.

    Can I add a plus one to my guests?

    Yes! To do so, just add "+1" after the name, for example "John Smith +1".

    What is GateMe Pro?

    Can I withdraw money before the end of the event?

    The only way to do so is by a special agreement. Contact us on hi@gateme.com.

    What are the fees for ticket sales?

    The fee for each transaction for Estonian banklinks is 1%, for credit card payments with Stripe and PayPal, 2.9% plus 0.30 USD of the amount you receive.

    How do permanent lists work?

    Permanent lists are list templates that will be copied directly to each event at the moment when the event is created. You are able to change and add people on the permanent lists under the event and this does not change the template.
