Remember to bring a valid photo ID with you. Go directly to the guest list manager to “check in” or show your paper ticket. Go in, have fun!
If you are a registered user, first double check the email you are registered with. To do so, go to “Settings”. To send or print a new copy of the ticket, just go to "My purchases" and click on your purchase. If you are still having trouble with your tickets, just drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the event name, date and your email.
No, usually bringing a valid ID is fine. However, larger events might need to scan the bar code or check the ticket ID. Just check with the organizer!
To change the name on the ticket, you must change the name of the registered account owner. To do so, go to "Settings" and change the first and last name. You can either print out the updated ticket or send it to your email by clicking on "My purchases".
Unfortunately, at the moment it is not possible to change the names on tickets separately. If you have bought more than one ticket to an event, your name will show up as “your name +1/2/…” on the list.
Just click "my purchases". Alternatively you can swipe over your name with the cursor and choose "My purchases" from the menu.
You can download a copy by going to “Settings” and "My purchases" and click on “Download invoice”.
You can change this on the "Settings" page by unticking "Share my purchases on Facebook."
