The most unsettling part is how long everything feels completely normal.
At first, it really was all pretty ordinary. Yellowish lights. A carpet pattern that somehow held your gaze for a little too long. The monotonous hum of the ventilation. Then you turned left once, right the next time, and realized you had already passed this exact spot before.
Or at least you thought you had.
